*UGS Terms & Conditions

In addition to any other conditions, which may be advised, Underground Soccer, UGS Brand Management (PTY) LTD, Urban Playground and its associate partners, sponsors and its staff, (hereinafter referred to as "the organisation") in all cases accepts registration subject to the following conditions:

1. Neither the organisation or any person acting for, through or on behalf of it shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever, and without restricting the generality of the forgoing shall particularly not be responsible for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions contained in its brochures or other literature, late or non-confirmation or acceptance of registrations, loss or damage caused by delays, sicknesses, injury or death, whether occasioned by negligence or not.

In addition the organisation shall have right at any time at its discretion to cancel any game, event or tournament or the remainder thereof, or other details and in the event of any game, event, tournament being rendered impossible, illegal or inadvissable due to weather, strike, war, government interference or any other cause whatsoever.

2. The organisation may in its discretion and without liability or cost to itself at any time cancel or terminate the participant's registration and in particular without limiting the generality of the foregoing it shall be entitled to do so in the event of illegal or other unseemly behaviour of the participant, who shall in such circumstances not be entitled to any refund.

3. All personal belongings will be at the participant's risk at all times.

4. No servant or agent of the organisation has authority to vary these conditions, and no representative or leader, escort or other employee or agent of the company is authorised to commit the organisation to any liability whatsoever and the organisation will not be bound by any statement or representation unless it is in writing and signed by a duly authorised member of the executive council.

5. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with participation and use of the fascilities. I hereby elect voluntarily to participate in said activities and fully acknowledge that the full responsibility for any risk or loss, property damage, or personal injury including death, that may be sustained by me or any loss or damage to property owned by me as a result of being engaged in such activities. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organisation, its employees and agents, from any loss, liability, damage or cost, including court costs and attorney's fees that they may incur due to my participation in any activities.

6. I hereby grant the organisation its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, successors and assigns the right and permission to record, use, publish, stream live, broadcast, offer for sale, or otherwise distribute any audio or video interview or content with me. Such rights and permission includes, but is not limited to my name, recorded voice or video, photograph or likeness, biographical information, handouts or any material based apon or derived therefrom. 

7. I understand that the organisation may, at its sole discretion, produce presentations or publications based in whole or in part upon audio interview(or any portions thereof) a video or audio recordings or photographs, and that such media or transcripts may appear in television broadcast, social media platforms, print, online, or in any manner of media.

8. I have no right of approval, no claim for compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based apon invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of or in connection with, any use alteration, or use in any composite form hereunder.

9. I hereby warrant and represent that i have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted to the organisation herein. I agree that during the course of the events, tournaments or interview i have not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that i will defend and hold the organisation harmless against any such claims.

This release shall be binding upon me, legal representatives, and assigns.
